A School's Guide to Comprehensive Tobacco Control 
Promising results have been seen in comprehensive school-based tobacco programs. This guide serves as a step-by-step manual to steer schools through the process of incorporating seven recommendations from the CDC’s "Guidelines for School Health Programs to Prevent Tobacco Use and Addiction."  

Utah Secondhand Smoke Policy Implementation Guide
The purpose of this guide is to serve as a resource for local health departments, community agencies, and other tobacco prevention partners interested in implementing secondhand smoke (SHS) policies at the local level. The guide specifically addresses secondhand smoke policy in worksites, multiple dwelling units, homes, health care settings, and outdoor venues. 

Keep Your Business Healthy: Utah Tobacco-free Workplace Toolkit (PDF  1.08MB)
The Toolkit is developed to augment the Worksite Policy Implementation Guide.  It is designed for use by businesses and organizations that are either developing new tobacco-free policies or enhancing existing policies.

Working To Bridge the Gap: A Strategic Plan to Identify and Eliminate Tobacco-Related Disparities in Utah
  In 2002, TPCP convened a diverse group of community representatives to begin a strategic planning process to better address tobacco prevention and control among six identified populations disparately affected by tobacco use (African American, Hispanic/Latino, Asian/Pacific Islander, Native American, Low Socioeconomic Status and Rural). Representatives for each population were selected to create a Utah road map.
